Olga Mikhailovna Lesnyak Principal Investigator for Rheumatology Holder of Habilitation degree in Medicine, Full Professor.
In 1979 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. Practising rheumatologist, general practitioner, professor of the Department of Family Medicine, North-West State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov "of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
She is a President of the Russian Association for Osteoporosis. Awarded the prestigious International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) President's Award for Outstanding Personal Contribution to the IOF.
She is fluent in English.
She regularly makes reports at Russian and international congresses and conferences, which allows her to maintain numerous professional contacts with domestic and foreign colleagues.
Gives lectures for doctors of various specialties, holds annual schools on osteoporosis. Is an author of over 500 publications.
Competent, delicate, attentive to the problems and fears of the patient, she is always ready to discuss in detail the upcoming treatment, patiently and intelligibly answer all questions of interest.
She has more than 15 years of experience in clinical research, since 2002.
